INGREDIENTS:
*For Soup*
2 tsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Ginger and garlic chopped
1/4 cup - Sweet corn
1/4 cup - Carrot, finely chopped
2 cup - Water
1 tsp - Salt
some black pepper powder
*For Paste*
1/2 cup - Sweet corn
2 tbsp - Water
*For Corn Mixture*
1 tsp - Corn flour
3 tbsp - Water
How to prepare:
1. In a kadai, heat 2tsp oil and 1 tbsp of ginger garlic chopped. Saute for a minute.
2. now add ¼ cup sweet corn, ¼ cup carrot. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. In a jar, add 1/2 cup sweet corn, 2 tbsp water. Blend to a smooth paste.
4. now add sweet corn paste saute for 2 minutes.
5. add 2 cup of water, 1/2 tsp salt and stir well.
6. add some black pepper powder.
7. cover and boil for 15 minutes. until the vegetables are cooked well.
8. 1 tsp Corn flour, 3 tbsp Water mix well (no lumps)
9. pour the corn flour mixture and stir well.
10. stir and boil until the soup thickens.
11. finally, enjoy sweet corn soup garnished with some spring onions and coriander leaves.
