Vermicelli burfi with Condensed milk | Only 3 ingredients burfi | Semiya Barfi

Vermicelli and condensed milk cooked together to make this delicacy. It is served with a generous garnishing of nuts and dry fruits. you can use milk or khoya to make vermicelli burfi. 
 


INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp - Ghee 1 cup - Vermicelli (semiya) 3/4 cup - Condensed milk Some chopped almond and pistachio

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. In a large kadai, add 1 tsp ghee and 1 cup vermicelli, fry for 15 minutes on low medium heat
2. add 1 tbsp of chopped almond and pistachio, mix well
3. now add 3/4 cup condensed milk, cook for 10 minutes until vermicelli cooked completely
4. transfer to the oil greased pan and let it cool
5. cut into small pieces and topping with chopped nuts. Enjoy!
