An easy and popular flavoured indian sweet recipe made with mango pulp and milk powder. It can be served dessert for any feast. It can also be done for festivals. 





INGREDIENTS:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Mango pulp - 1cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk Powder - 1 cup
Cashew Powder - 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp

How to prepare:
1. In a large kadai or pan add 1-2 tbsp of butter, 1/4 cup milk and 1 cup of mango pulp
2. Cook for 2 minutes everything is well combined
3. add 1/4 cup sugar and stir until sugar dissolves completely
4. now add 1 cup milk powder, 2 tbsp cashew powder and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
5. mix well
6. cooking on medium flame
7. the mixture starts to separate from pan
8. let it cool colpletely
9. finally our yummy mango khova ready
