Momos are one of the popular fast food recipe of north eastern part of india. The outer cover of momos are prepared by all purpose flour which is then stuffed with paneer, capsicum, cabbage and spices . It can also be prepared with several other stuffing. It is served with hot chili sauce or momos chutney. Its have a spicy filling of the paneer filled inside it. Try this momos recipe and enjoy the burst of flavours.


INGREDIENTS: *For dough* 1.5 cup - Maida 1 tsp - Salt 1 tsp -Oil Water as required *For stuffing* 1 tbsp - Oil 1 tsp - Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp - Ginger (finely chopped) 2 tbsp - Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup - Cabbage (finely chopped) 1 cup - Paneer (grated) 1/2 tsp - Salt 1 tsp - Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp - Coriander powder 1/4 tsp - Black pepper powder 1 tbsp - Coriander leaves


HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Take a bowl add 1.5 cup maida, salt, oil 2. Add water little by little, to make smooth and soft dough. 3. Grease some oil, cover and rest for 15 minutes. 4. Prepare the stuffing by heating 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp ginger chopped. Saute for a minute. 5. Add all veggies and spices, Saute well. 6. Add 1 cup grated paneer, mix until the paneer and spices are well combined. 7. Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves and turn off the flame. 8. After 15 minutes. Knead the dough again. 9. Pinch a ball sized dough, roll thin. 10. Cut into round shape,place a one spoon of paneer stuffing. 11. Steam momos for 15 minutes. 12. Finally paneer momos serve with momos chutney.
