Momos Chutney | How to make momos chutney | Momos red chutney

Momos are generally considered as a street food and can be seen served with variety of sauces and condiments. spicy and tasty chutney recipe served with the range of momos or steamed dumplings. It can be served with choice of momos.



INGREDIENTS:
2 cup water
3 tomatoes
4-5 kashmiri red chilli
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp soya sauce



HOW TO PREPARE:
1. In a heavy bottom pan or kadai, take 2 cup water and add 3 tomato, 5 kashmiri red chilli

2. cover and boil for 5 minutes.

3. let it cool. Once it is cooled down remove the skin of tomatoes

4. transfer to the blender add garlic, ginger, sugar, salt and soya sauce

5. blend to smooth paste (without water)

6. finally momos chutney is ready to serve with any type of momos or steamed dumplings
