INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 2 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp(finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp(finely chopped)
1/2 onion finely chopped
One small carrot chopped
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cup
Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. In a kadai heat 2 tsp oil add 1 tsp ginger and 1 tsp garlic. Saute for a minute.
2. Add half chopped onion and add all veggies. Saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add 1 tsp salt and add 2 cup water.
4. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, mix well and boil for 5 minutes.
5. After 5 minutes, take a bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour & 1/4 cup water mix well lump free batter.
6. Pour the cornflour mixture into the soup. Mix well
7. Add few coriander leaves and boil for 2-3 minutes
8. Now add 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar. Mix well and turn off the flame.
9. Finally, our lemon coriander soup is ready to serve.
10. Garnish with some chopped onion and coriander leaves.
