INGREDIENTS:
Warm Milk - 3/4 cup
Dry yeast -1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Maida - 2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Few coriander leaves finely chopped
Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
Few curry leaves finely chopped
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. In a large bowl, add warm milk, yeast and sugar. Mix well and rest for 5 minutes
2. After 5 minutes yeast activates
3. Now add maida, cumin seeds, coriander and curry leaves, red chilli powder, salt
4. Mix well making sure everything is well combined
5. add 2 tbsp butter and continue to knead the dough
6. Cover and rest for 1 hour
7. after 1 hour the dough rises and again knead the dough
8. pinch a small ball sized dough
9. place the balls with butter paper or oil greased plate
10. cover and rest for 20-25 minutes
11. after 20 minutes brush the dough with milk
12. pre heat your cooker for 10 minutes, remove gasket and whistle
13. cook it low medium heat for 30 minutes
14.once the bun is out of the cooker, apply some butter to get a shiny look
